18 Weeks and 5 days

Me and Baby White We are doing GREAT!

So far, I love being pregnant! Still lucky with it being pretty easy thus far, I just pray it continues this way and with no complaints. :)

This week has been a little sad, been without my honey. He was in Charlotte, NC Monday and Tuesday for meetings with donors and is now down in Atlanta for the ACC tourney. Thanks to a Valentine's gift from him, I get to go down and meet him in Atlanta Friday and we get to stay at the Ritz! I cannot wait to see him! :)

Tonight I am babysitting, other than that I have been busy with my prenatal classes, junior league and taking care of my Abby girl. Abby gets to hang with my bro for most of today while I babysit so she is not all alone. I know she loves Kyle, so will enjoy that!

Well have to get back to work stuff. More to come hopefully after the weekend. If you have any guesses of Boy or Girl, let us know! We will hopefully find out on the 19th of March, one week from tomorrow!

Time keeps flying by...

Last weekend I had to volunteer for our Junior League Literary Feast, then came back to hang with my hubby, Suzanne and Andy at their place. Then we walked back to our house and headed to bed early. Saturday the 28th, Dave came into town for Derik's Bachelor Party. We had lunch with Derik and Capps then headed to the basketball game. Shortly after I headed to babysit and Ryan and Dave when to dinner and bowling for Derik Bachelor Party. They seemed to enjoy themselves which is good. That Sunday Dave took us to brunch we ran errands and went to Church. This past week at work went by fast which was nice. I am now in week 18 and still doing well. Friday the 6th, I babysat and got to watch the movie Australia. If you haven't seen it I highly recommend it. I enjoyed my time. Then yesterday we slept in (trying to take as much advantage of this now), I went to listen to a dentist talk about pediatric dentistry and how to keep your kids teeth healthy beginning in your womb. I found that class interesting. While I was there, Ryan washed our cars as it has been in the 70s and sunny this weekend. We have been blessed with beautiful weather! Not too much later we headed to the last home basketball game of the year. They won thanks to Diane's 3pt shot at the end :) I must admit it was a pretty fun game. We came back did some laundry and then went to Boylan Heights for dinner with Katie and Michael. It was nice to hang out with them again. It had been a while. This morning we of course slept in again :) do some more laundry, eat at Bodo's and then browse at cars since dealers are closed and cannot bug us, then mini grocery store trip. Abby came with us of course since it has been beautiful out. Now we are home getting some things done and will head to church soon. I will try and get Ryan to take another picture of me and Baby White so we can post before he heads out of town tomorrow. Hope everyone else had a wonderful weekend!

For those of you who know Abby, she is a tennis ball lover. You would think she was a retriever, she loves playing ball so much! This time the ball is stuck and she really wants it.

Me and Baby White at 16.5 weeks :) As of today, we have 22 days until we Godwilling are able to find out if we will be having a boy or girl. I CANNOT wait! So exciting and looking forward to the big ultrasound. As of now, baby White and I are doing terrific. I am enjoying being pregnant very much! I have no complaints thus far. Hopefully all will continue to go well! :)

Stacy & Kris' Wedding Reception in Albuquerque, NM

I missed my honey a TON, but I did enjoy being with my mom and family which made it there. I realized 3 hours on a flight is a very long time for me. A little difficult to sit still especially when one leg had the most smelly, stinky guy next to me :( Other than that I must say it was a pretty nice weekend!

This past week...

Wow, I cannot believe it has already been a week since I wrote. Last Friday we had Dinner at Riverside and met with Christine and Dylan before they headed up to Wintergreen for their long weekend. That was very nice to see them! Then we headed home and got some rest :) Saturday, Valentine's Day, we went to Short Pump and Ryan found a couple deals. I bought a few maternity shirts which was fun. Then we headed back home for our Valentine's dinner at Bonefish. We had a nice dinner and then a an added surprise, Ryan decided he would fly me to the ACC tournament for just the weekend. I was ecstatic when I heard. Never thought that would happen since I figured it would be pricey. But best of all we get to stay at the Ritz Carlton downtown Atlanta. This is the team hotel this year which I cannot wait for!

This week all has gone well with work and my prenatal classes. Today, Ryan and I got to hear our baby's heart beat at our monthly check-up. That was pretty awesome! Almost sounds like a dog panting. The heart rate has slowed down a bit (in the 140s compared to the 167), either cause he/she is growing or sleeping. Probably the latter. I think this baby is a sleeper. I will know more when I start to feel baby White moving around. Supposedly I should soon, I am looking forward to that point! In exactly a month from today, hopefully we will be able to see if it is a boy or girl. I am sooo looking forward to that point! So far all seems healthy, so we have truly been blessed. Tomorrow I am 16 weeks and cannot complain; it has been fun :)

Tomorrow I head to Albuquerque, NM for the weekend. I will be there with my mom attending Stacy's Wedding Reception helping her celebrate. It will be nice to see the family again. Ryan and Abby will be headed to Raleigh tomorrow AM. Ryan has work meetings there and also has to attend the NC State vs Virginia Basketball game on Saturday for work. I am sure it will be nice for him to see his family and friends too.

Happy Early Valentine's DAY!

Hi Everyone!

Ryan just had 2 beautiful dozen roses delivered to my work for Happy Early Valentine's Day. We promised each other we would not buy anything just go to dinner that night, so of course I was actually shocked and I was elated to see them. Pictures are below :)

I have the BEST HUBBY EVER!!

Today, I am 14 weeks and 6 days, meaning tomorrow I will be 15 Weeks!! YEA! Tonight I am babysitting, tomorrow we are hanging with Friends and Saturday is Kelly and Ryan day ending with dinner at Bonefish! Hopefully I will have more belly pictures to post next Tuesday night or Wednesday.

This weekend I went to Bernie’s wedding with Maddie. We drove up on Friday after work, had some awesome Mexican food in Gainesville before headed to Christine’s. Saturday morning we attended Bernie’s beautiful ceremony at their church in Maryland. Following we headed to Maggiano’s in DC where here reception was held and we had an amazing lunch. I have to say I think it was the biggest Maggiano’s I have ever been to and the staff couldn’t have been nicer! Bernie and Anthony seemed very happy so I am so happy for them. They are going on their honeymoon to St Bart’s and Bernie if you read this take LOTS of pictures. I want to see, sounds amazing! Not too long after Maddie and I had to head back. I got to hang out with Joshua James or a little while as Maddie and Josh went to a dinner. Joshua James and I had tons of fun! He is a ball of fun and I just love being around him!!

Onto this week, yesterday after work I had my prenatal swimming class and today I have prenatal yoga followed by Junior League Meeting. Thursday, I am babysitting which I am looking forward to as well! Saturday I may get to see and hang out with Christine, so yippee, and Saturday is V-Day! Saturday, I get to be with my HONEY all day!! So exciting; he is the best hubby ever!!!

Yes, we know Ryan's parents LOVE Abby, well Poppie did want to make her famous. So of course she got a big picture on the Raleigh News & Observer. Their main big paper in Raleigh, NC so check it out! :) Hope you enjoy. Of course there was a slight typo, they thought it was his dog, but that is ok. We know who she really lives with :)

THANK YOU JIM, Abby will look at this picture every night in her crate. She is liking her crate more again. I don't know if she gets annoyed with mom, peeing every couple hours because every night in the middle she decides to jump off the bed and head into her crate to sleep.
